Data Analyst - dashboard development (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Miami area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Families are partners. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
