Data Analyst - dashboard development (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Quill Legal Group is a law firm in Miami serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
