Data Analyst - dashboard development (Memphis, TN)

Nova Sable Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Memphis plant, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 361 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in scrap and rework and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
