Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

Silverline Haven Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
