Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Basin Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Madison, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
