Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

Redstone Umber Hospitality Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Madison. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
