Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Junction Housing Partners provides affordable homes and support services around Madison, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
