Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Kestrel Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Madison producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
