Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Lantern Auto Group is a Madison company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer estimates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
