Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Birch Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
