Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

Foxglove River Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
