Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ivory Foods and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
