Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Holdings is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on visitor services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
