Data Analyst - dashboard development (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Lumen Mill Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We invest in training. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
