Data Analyst - dashboard development (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in collection routes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on landfill records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
