Data Analyst - dashboard development (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Granite Water Authority and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on treatment plant data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
