Data Analyst - dashboard development (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Glen Banking Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
