Data Analyst - dashboard development (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
