Data Analyst - dashboard development (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms Partners is an agricultural business based around Louisville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 392 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on field records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
