Data Analyst - dashboard development (Louisville, KY)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Louisville plant, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in production lines and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
