Data Analyst - dashboard development (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Pine Water Authority and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
