Data Analyst - dashboard development (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Drift Hospitality Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
