Data Analyst - dashboard development (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Orchard Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Little Rock design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in ridership counts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on route schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
