Data Analyst - dashboard development (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Ridge Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Little Rock producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation.
