Data Analyst - dashboard development (Little Rock, AR)

Bright Nest Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
