Data Analyst - dashboard development (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sable Financial Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
