Data Analyst - dashboard development (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Pine Construction is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in safety records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on project schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
