Data Analyst - dashboard development (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Meridian Facilities is a facilities company in Little Rock with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on work orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
