Data Analyst - dashboard development (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Lakeside Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on document review. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
