Data Analyst - dashboard development (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Las Vegas area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 696 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
