Data Analyst - dashboard development (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Associates supports families and individuals in Las Vegas with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis.
