Data Analyst - dashboard development (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Granite Property Management and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
