Data Analyst - dashboard development (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Sable Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer complaints and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on policy renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
