Data Analyst - dashboard development (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Union Civic Services supports public agencies in Las Vegas with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in constituent requests and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on case files. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
