Data Analyst - dashboard development (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Las Vegas supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
