Data Analyst - dashboard development (Knoxville, TN)

Silverline Oak Facilities looks after properties across the Knoxville region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer sites. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
