Data Analyst - dashboard development (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Haven Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
