Data Analyst - dashboard development (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Birch Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Jacksonville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
