Data Analyst - dashboard development (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark West Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Jacksonville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
