Data Analyst - dashboard development (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Sparrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Jacksonville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
