Data Analyst - dashboard development (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Bridge Legal Group is a Indianapolis practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
