Data Analyst - dashboard development (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Stone Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
