Data Analyst - dashboard development (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Lantern Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
