Data Analyst - dashboard development (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge North Manufacturing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate trends in tooling and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
