Data Analyst - dashboard development (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Nest Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Indianapolis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor spend. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
