Data Analyst - dashboard development (Houston, TX)

Silverline North Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Houston. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Houston. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on release testing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
