Data Analyst - dashboard development (Houston, TX)

Westbrook Sable Pharma develops and makes medicines in Houston, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
