Data Analyst - dashboard development (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Harbor Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Houston, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
