Data Analyst - dashboard development (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Oak Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
