Data Analyst - dashboard development (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Pike Property Management and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
